Any dentist is responsible for the quality and monitoring of treatments. This is especially true for any member of the AMDG . It has established a complaints body called conciliation .
If a patient comes into conflict with a dentist AMDG and they fail to find common ground , they will abide by the decision of the conciliation commission.
If no agreement can be reached, it will provide expertise that the two sides choose the expert appointed whose costs will be advanced by the patient. It will be refunded if a decision in his favor and return the amount paid by the dentist.
The patient may at any time decide to go to court.
This procedure is not available to dentists non-members AMDG .
